Xquisite Thesis Porsche Sneak Preview

Xquisite have a new project underway in their demo Porsche Boxter, which in true Xquisite style is planned to have some major bodywork, styling, interior and audio upgrades.
The sound system will be pretty radical, using new technology from Audison. The Alpine source unit runs optical output to an Audison BitOne processor, which sends its signal via digital link to a pair of Audison Thesis amplifiers. This keeps all of the signal path in the digital domain, so not an RCA in sight!
The entire system is then set-up via a USB link to a PC where the amplifier’s power mode – classA or class AB bias – can be adjusted, amplifier gain can be set, cross-over network, time correction and 31 band per channel EQ can be tweaked to achieve the ultimate sound.
The speakers comprise TH1.5 Violino  tweeters, and TH6.5 Sax midwoofers with an upfront mounted TH10 Basso subwoofer to reinforce the bass. The mid and tweeters run from a TH Quattro amp, and a TH Uno powers the sub.

This is certainly one to listen out for!
