KENWOOD and DIGITAL AUDIO BROADCASTING (DAB)

Last year the Government declared a desire to switch radio listening from FM to DAB by 2015.
In a letter to retailers, the Minister for Culture, Ed Vaizey said ‘UK vehicle manufacturers have committed to fitting digital radio as standard on all new models from 2013’.
To demonstrate the benefits of digital radio, Kenwood have put on the road a DAB Smart vehicle which is available for a ‘hands on’ experience.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
The Kenwood KDC-DAB41U will be on sale in May, and has a suggested selling price of around £200.00 complete with a very effective screen antenna.
