Week Forty-Nine: In Which I Have Xmas Giveaways!

OK, I’ll keep it brief this week, no more fahsand-word epistles blithering on about stuff that isn’t hardware! I have the Parrot Asteroid headunit in my grips and am going to unpack it on video. I feel like an old grunter for not knowing but I gather that the unboxing video is a genre all on its own. There’s some more twelve inch subs in the loft still, as well
I have had a fun week culminating in a nice meeting at Pioneer. I was there to see Girish Janday, executive type (fresh back from Japan lucky git!) and also Lee Sibley, who is a staff writer on Fast Car and has been given the car audio coverage as his pidgin to look after as he has The Love. True keen enthusiasm for car audio is the golden grail and Lee has it. Well hired, Fast Car it is bloody brilliant to see your world forging ahead!
I was shown Lee’s Polo with a kicking budget system in it that clearly has silly-grin-power and is elegantly designed and built by Lee himself. I was also shown a major-league sexy new toy called App Radio which is a world first. I’ll run you a news story as soon as I can get the video we made uploaded.
