WAXSTOCK SET TO ROCK!! Plus BB AudioConcepts out West set to Party!

The first ever WAXSTOCK is set to shine this weekend on Sunday 26th August. It’s organised and run by the stalwarts of Dodo Juice and is the UK’s first ever detailing show, with demos of shiny-making machines and all kinds of mad car snake oil and patent nostra for making your show car the prettiest it can be. I will be there with the Mercedes Project X Vito and maybe even with a new two-channel set of radio microphony!
It looks likely to be a really groovy event and is one of the best organised things I have ever been involved in. I even had to fill in a risk assessment and shall have to have said radio mic PAT tested! I put in hazards in my risk assessment sheet about the PA being loud and my hat being equipped with a hard brim.

Also happening this very weekend on the same day (and I know the lads wanted me with them, but didn’t book me soon enough!) is the B&B AudioConcepts car show, complete with the very first ever franchised Propper Droppers contest, held by trusted homies of the PD format. Here’s what THEY have to say about it…
PROPPER DROPPERS COMES TO CARDIF
At B&B AudioConcepts’ light industrial unit C1) in the West Point Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, Cardiff (postcode CF11 8JQ for your satnav) and starting at 1pm, Liam Bradley (I liked calling him Liam ‘˜Bass’ Bradley but he gets embarrassed) and a protégé of mine, named Ed Dalby will be running a pukka Propper Droppers bass competition as part of the second car show at the venue. By all accounts, it was a fun day last year and I recommend that if you are in the area, that you pop along and find out how loud your car goes at the headrest, where your ears go, not the windscreen. If you want to know more or to go along, then call B&B’s guv’nor Waz on 02920 707275 who will fill you in on the deals he has going on the day and so forth.
Last year’s happening at B&B

And the B&B AudioConcepts Hummer!

You are safe from being nagged by me in Cardiff at B&B’s but Waxstock? That’d be me..
