This just in from the owners of the Pro Plus Audio brand. Whereas in the past, the line has been known for good value and powerful output, if not refinement, the new PPA OEA line is about a tilt at a premium product for mainstream users. The rest of the copy here is from PPA themselves:
This is the first product of our new audio brand called OE (Original Equipment) Audio and is designed to integrate well into any vehicle.
The OW-112SA is a premium quality product at a price level that will suit all. The standard features include a bass remote control to adjust settings from the listening position, a high level input so you can use your car radio’s speaker output to feed it, an auto-sense remote turn on so it powers up as it gets the signal without needing a third ‘˜blue’ wire, has a smart built-in full mesh grille and a side-mounted amplifier for ease of installation. It is trimmed in dark ‘˜anthracite’ carpeting to match most vehicle’s interiors.
Priced to sell at a sensible £199.00, (This does look expensive enough to be good yet affordablewe’ll have to try one in due course Ed.)
