Day ONE… The Las Vegas CES

OK, made it to the site and have gotten myself (UGH Americanisms creeping in already!) installed into the Emerald room. This is a tiny room by comparison to the huge press room for the main coterie of journalists. As a soi-disant ‘Scholarship journalist’ I get to use the smaller facility and it is lovely. No more fighting to be in early enough to scrummage for a bagel. I am fully caffed and philly-with-jelly-bagelled up and am now ready to rock. The companies I am going to make certain I see include Vibe, Kenwood, JVC, Clarion, Alpine, Pioneer, JL Audio, Rockford Fosgate, Earthquake, Morel (of course) and a good few others. Wish me luck guys, I am going in!
