Designed for use
Featuring an ergonomic design, the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD is a single structure including a universal plier, four control buttons including a rotating central control, an omnidirectional microphone and a vibration sensor.
The side button turns the MINIKIT on or off, and displays the battery level, the central rotary control is to adjust the volume and access the MINIKIT menu, while the green and red buttons confirm or cancel actions.
The vibrating panel is also the speaker of the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD. It also houses all of the components of the product including the vibration sensor that allows it to turn on automatically when you enter your vehicle.
The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD is available in a range of four clip colours (green, red, black and blue), the textured look offers an elegant contrast to the smooth black finish of the central panel.
High definition sound
The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD has a built-in ‘vibrating’ speaker. The ‘˜vibrating’ panel technology, a signature of the Parrot MINIKIT range, offers optimal sound quality on miniaturized devices such as the Parrot MINIKIT range. Combined with a powerful 3W amplifier and an omnidirectional microphone, the sound quality is always crystal clear, regardless of the volume of the kit.
The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD is compatible with ‘˜HD Voice ‘ technology, which provides perfect sound quality, as though you are in conversation with someone sat next to you. Parrot’s engineers have also developed the Parrot MINIKIT’s signal processing technology, to drastically reduce background noise, and simultaneously cancelling echo.
Finally, the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD also lets you listen to playlists from your Smartphone, or sounds via talking applications such as GPS, through Bluetooth A2DP.

Hands-free telephony without compromise
The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD connects via Bluetooth with your mobile phone or Smartphone. When pairing for the first time, the MINIKIT will guide you through vocally, and future connections will be automatic.
The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD lets you manage your calls 100% vocally, without manipulation of the MINIKIT or Smartphone.
To make a call, just say the keyword ‘MINIKIT’ to activate voice recognition, then the name of a contact in your phone book. The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD then automatically dials that number.
When a call is incoming, the MINIKIT Neo 2 HD tells you the name of the caller (if present in your directory) and you can simply answer ‘Accept’ or ‘ Reject” to take or refuse the call. With multipoint technology Parrot “Dual Mode”, the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD is able to support two phones simultaneously (a “Switch” function switches from one directory to another). Moreover, the advanced technology on the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD automatically synchronizes its address book with that of any phone connected, and is able to store up to 2,000 contacts per phone.
Bonus: iPhone owners can also use the keyword “Hello Siri” to control their Smartphone by voice without taking their eyes off the road!
An ultra-intuitive application
Parrot has developed a new Smartphone application dedicated to the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD, which is available for free on the App Store and Google Play, with an interface that matches the colour of the MINIKIT Neo 2 HD. Amongst the new services included are:
Jingle Customisation allows you to change the MINIKIT sound effects when on or off
Find my car reminds you of your car’s position at any time
Parking meter is ideal to avoid fines
Driving time reminder prompts you to make regular breaks on long journeys
Magic words offers the ability to enable/disable voice commands in one click
Auto-reply SMS allows you to draft a text message which will be automatically sent when you receive a SMS or refuse a call while driving.
As well as this, the application informs you in real time about software updates required for your Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD.
