POSITION: Technical Support Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Technical Support/R&D
REPORTING TO: Technical Director
HOURS OF WORK: 8.30am 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am 1.30pm Friday

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to aid our customers, with experience in customer support and with a keen understanding of the 12 volt industry.

KEY QUALITIES, EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
At least five years 12-volt industry knowledge in Radio Replacement, Audio, Video, Security, Cellular, Tracking, Electronics Interfacing and Integration.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with other departments in-house and with external customers.
Able to work as part of small team.
Proactive, self-motivated.
Full driving license and own transport as some travel within the UK will be required.
