Spring is Sprung, the Grass is Riz. I Wonder Where The Birdies Is?

It is the season for thinking of all things tech… new toys for the Summer need planning and as I write, it is still snowy in the Alps and our lads and at least one lass are in Salzburg in Austria, to battle the EMMA European Car Audio Championships. Best of British TEAM! EMMA or the European Mobile Media Association covers all sorts of places you may not feel European…like Russia! The cars that go, however, are mental and the competition is savage. It REALLY ups our UK game, sending folks to compete at that level. I have the DEEPEST respect for those who have gone.
But as buds break and people stealing electricity to grow baaad plants indoors are all over the news, it is also the time for rest of us to be thinking about that new action cam, (JUST WAIT ’til you see what I got one strapped to…HA!) the power of our windows-down audio, if we are not pavement shaking nutters.. or maybe it is that mad high end amplifier so clean in the hight of its fidelity that it’s awesome, that you DARE not tell your lass what it cost!
It’s the time of year of a few big HiFi shows. Bristol being the most famous one, has just gone and the Gadget Show Live epic is coming up soon.. At last year’s we got a scoop-video with Jason Bradbury himself. It even gave me and the Alpine Tech guys a new catch phrase, as Jason said, when security tried to chivvy us away, “Sorry David we are just filming here..” I coulda kissed his bald head! (Hmm maybe not…)
There are some hilarious goings-on in millionaire-land, with videos on my channel that shall be here as well, of grown men cutting Aston Martin DB5s to convert them to REAL James Bond gadget-equipped….
