This just in from Noble Audio, purveyor of earbuds to millionaires (only NEVER call them that!), who have sent us stuff before. IEM stands for In Ear Monitor, as ‘˜monitor’ is the posh word for very clear speakers or headphones or in this case, TEN speaker in ear doodads. read on and marvel
Noble Audio, the world’s leading high-performance in-ear monitor specialist, is now shipping the Kaiser 10U (aluminium) from stock, following its pre-order-only launch phase (£999)
Noble Audio’s stunning new aluminium-chassis 10-driver IEM, the Kaiser 10U, is now shipping directly, following the successful completion of Noble’s pre-order phase at launch. Noble Audio’s aluminium-chassis K10U is its flagship universal-fit IEM and uses Noble’s acclaimed 10-driver configuration, as used in its top-performing IEMs and CIEMs. The new K10U replaces the existing acrylic K10U and offers discerning music lovers a stunning new design featuring a previously unused material. Of course, Noble’s aluminium IEMs are no ordinary IEMs: they have been designed and manufactured in conjunction with experts in California whose clients include Louis Vuitton, Dior, Marc Newson and Holly Hunt. Despite this advanced level of engineering and construction, the new K10U will not see any price premium over its acrylic predecessor, remaining at just £999 for a US-made product.
The new K10U follows the success of Noble’s custom-fit 10-driver model (Kaiser 10; £1,079)and its acrylic predecessor, and is now available in high-grade aluminium with each unit precision-made in California. The K10U is beautifully finished, too: it features a top half with a stunning gloss-red anodise and a bottom half sporting a striking satin-finish clear anodise.
The K10U is a ten-armature low-impedance four-way design. With ten drivers working in perfect unison, the K10U’s advanced driver array delivers a highly coherent presentation across a wide frequency range and delivers the best-ever performance from a portable IEM.The original K10U design was first conceptualised several years ago: Noble Audio’s ‘˜Wizard'(audiologist and co-owner Dr. John Moulton AuD CCC-A) and Noble’s Kaiser Soze, reverted back to their original design, using the knowledge they gained in recent years to refine and finesse the original product. The flagship K10U is unchallenged at every frequency and capacity. Featuring ten drivers, assigned to bass, midrange, mid/high, high and super-high frequencies, the K10U delivers exceptional sound quality with a wonderful coherence across the spectrum.
Further features include a detachable two-pin cable and supplied accessories include a Pelican 1010 case (crush-proof carrying case); a black velvet soft pouch; 12 pairs of ear tips (four kinds in three sizes); two Noble Audio bands or amp bands; a cleaning tool; a Noble cable and an ownership card.
