Car Audio

A TERRIFYING ALL HALLOWS EVE TO EVERYONE, FROM TALK AUDIO

As my own life in car audio began, I was an avid reader of Car Stereo & Security. I was so far beyond sick with green eye that Kevin O Byrne, our editor, was able to go to these car audio events. He described them in ways that made it clear he was possessed of the passion.
One such write up had him in the queue to get into a huge event and he recalled how the line bunched up in eager anticipation as the Terminator or Assassinator Hearses started up booming on the other side of the venue’s perimeter fence.
That he could have asked nicely and been let in early to photograph these Americans as press. never occurred to him, as he’s such a good bloke. But the sheer real estate in a hearse, along with the luxury car cockpit and binnacle up front, as they are all derived from posh models, made them a prime demo car choice vehicle in yesteryear.
And from an early age, a young Pat Ryan had been reading this stuff too. Only he was getting it from me, in Max Power and then Fast Car. An actual fan of the same stuff I was into. To the point where he decided to do a massive install that was going to be awesome, using all the stuff and concepts that I had raved about, like concave walls and JBL woofers. In hearses.
He too used a hearse and he called it THE PUNISHER.
I promised him a feature and it took a very long time coming. You can read it here: Link

But the point is, the bloody zombies, it attracts.
