AXIS has launched a brand new line-up of subwoofers from US manufacturer, Massive Audio. Known the world over as a trusted name for bass reinforcement products, the 2008/2009 range has been designed to deliver on the company’s core values of competition winning performance with designs that installers will really want to show-off. 
With no less than three new ranges, Massive Audio has products for all applications. RMS Power handling figures are all quoted to the American CEA 2031 standard making them extremely conservative when compared against those which aren’t!
Across the line-up, Massive Audio uses a unique cone construction. A carbon fibre dust cap covers the entire cone area while the cone proper is constructed as a series of bracing ‘fingers’ giving the entire moving part extreme lightness and stiffness resulting in class beating efficiency figures.
DC Series Subwoofers offer deep bass with tons of power handling. 2.5in Dual 4 Ohm voice coils, heavy die cast Aluminium baskets and handling 600 watts RMS, the DC series is available in 10 and 12in.

TW (Tuner Series) Subwoofers are for SQ system builders who like bass to be kept tight and under control. Featuring 2.5in Dual 4 Ohm voice coils, heavy gauge stamped steel baskets. Available in 10, 12 and 15in the TW range handles 500 watts RMS power.

The QC series is suited to both SQ and SPL competition. Ruggedly engineered, the QC series will perform at the top of their game all day. Features include 3in dual 2 Ohm voice coil, heavy die cast Aluminium baskets and power handling of 800 watts RMS. Available in 12 and 15in.
