Brian Car Sounds Open Day Extravaganza!

The Coulsdon, Surrey-based BCSS Car Sounds folks are running a funky-cool open day next Sunday, August the 14th at their 186-188 Brighton Road address in Coulsdson. (postcode for your sat nav is CORRECTED – THE DIGITS WERE JUXTAPOSED, SORRY!!CR5 2NF.) And Yours Truly is hosting the event as a sort of meat-based FM radio station broadcasting what’s going on as well as being auctioneer.
In addition to your being able to see the rarely-spotted legendary BCSS Escort van install of absurdly tightly tessellated Massive Audio subwoofers and amplifiers, they will be doing all sorts of stuff. Said ‘˜stuff’ includes a raffle in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital with brilliant prizes.
For a two quid a raffle ticket, you can be in with a chance of winning the 1st prize of a FOUR Masters FULL Hertz package of an EBX200 passive ten inch subwoofer enclosure, a Hertz HE4 four-channel amplifier (4x100w RMS), a set of Hertz Energy ESK165 component speakers plus a cables kit and FREE FITTING.
Second prize is an Alpine CDE-126BT single DIN head unit worth some £200.
Third prize is a detailing pack of Meguiars’ goodies worth fifty quid. Well worth entering.
There will be bonkers random auctions at knock-down prices of all sorts of goodies through the day (I suspect they will dig stuff out the back of the store room!) Of course, there will be a bunch of special show day offers to be discovered once you get there.
There are demo cars from BCSS themselves, as well as the crazed Hertz Panda from FOUR and some top quality customers’ cars. Celsus will be bringing a JL Audio car and one full of MTX kit and Tim from Alpine will be there with the superb Alpine Passat install.
The Vibe guys are bringing their Edge Audi TT, as well as the Blackair Focus. Jay Golinksy, who just won Best Of Show at the MyMod Summer Madness will be there with his Massive Audio install in his Pug 207.
