Driving Sounds Issue 3 Now Available
The FOUR Masters dealer network have been producing a different sort of car audio magazine for some years now, this is their third. Not aimed at the likes of our technical audience, it tends to be musically related. Created to support the FOUR Masters network in their whole ‘house’ marketing approach to mainstream folks, I helped edit one issue and so I know it’s well written stuff, by Carl Hynes, who is the only car audio writer I ever knew who is also an actual musician. It’s his baby and you can get hold of a copy at the Modified Nationals show this weekend, or as detailed below. Here is their News:
Specialist car audio magazine Driving Sounds Issue 3 Launches at this weekend’s Modified Nationals show at Peterborough showground. Visitors who undertake the Driving Sounds A/B sound challenge at the show will be able to buy the new issue at a show special offer of just £1 (cover price £3.50)
The latest 52-page issue is packed with not-too-technical car audio related articles and includes a tour around six vehicles with upgraded systems as well as a description of what they sound like. There are also informative guides to buying amplifiers, speakers and subwoofers, alongside spotlights on some of the nation’s top installers and members of the FOUR MASTER network.
Driving Sounds will be showcasing its A/B sound challenge in association with FOUR MASTERS at a number of shows throughout the summer including both CarFest gatherings and Goodwood Festival of speed in order to demonstrate how much better an aftermarket system from a specialist installer sounds than any standard factory fitted system.
Founder and Patron of Driving Sounds, Brian Parton, said; ‘I am really excited about this issue. We have made space for a more in-depth review of each install including a listening test undertaken by our highly experienced music guru and editor, Carl Hynes. The magazine is truly unique and is necessary to inform music lovers that great sound is possible in their every day car and they don’t have to put up with unlistenable car audio.’
Issue 3 is available to purchase online, postage free at link or may be collected free of charge from any FOUR MASTER – See website for your nearest one.
