Earthquake Sound UK Website Goes Live

The death of Joe DA EARTHQUAKER Ajji could have meant the quiet folding up of Earthquake Sound UK. But it did not, for his younger brother, Tej, who is also computer engineering savvy and also a car audio fan (he was the younger brother hanging out with Joe in the early days and had systems in his cars way back in the day his first subwoofer was an Earthquake fifteen!) and Tej has taken over the business and injected some new energy.
As of today, the UK Earthquake website at link is fully operational and is there to sell Earthquake Sound car audio to the end user as well as being the place for dealers to make contact and arrange trade sales, or to become stockists.

Tej Said, ‘Losing my brother was devastating and there’s a hole in our lives for ever. But my life was at the point of changing career anyway and so taking over Earthquake Sound UK made perfect sense. There’s been a lot of work put in and the new website is something that really helps people get hold of some of the best car audio kit in the world. I’m looking forward to seeing Earthquake products sold all over the UK and doing my brother proud’
Talk Audio knows for a fact that the Earthquake fans in the UK will be delighted that their choice brand remains in stock, held in the UK and well looked after by people who have this stuff in their very blood. This ain’t just a ‘˜brand’ for Tej, it goes deep and the relationship with the guys in the USA is staunch.
Incidentally, just before Joe left us, I had been to his house and been played a pair of the home HiFi speakers that the same company design and make under a different brand. I gather they were quite a long way down from their most awesome ones as they go up to a serious level. But while I had always known that the Earthquake sound designer spoke of his passion for audio in the car audio publicity material, it was lovely to hear the results of a decade of effort later. They were fabulous and rich and sweet and fast and accurateand a week later, I was reading a ‘˜Smartbrief’ from the CEA in the USA wherein they lauded successful American loudspeaker manufacturers, naming three companies, of which Earthquake Sound was one. In a context of serious high end audio, as well. I was impressed, as car audio and boom was what they were known for first.
My point in the above is that Earthquake are a no-holds barred speaker company. They go all the way up to high end HiFi and all the way to the outer edges of SPL competition and show car use. Just check out the bonkers compression drivers and horns on the site, fixed for car use! link They are for using with bullets as mids and will be audible at car shows at a quarter-mile, like a distant P.A. system and are literally eight times as potent as the only other true horn available for UK in car use! (To be fair, this is ‘˜component’ as against a ‘˜dual concentric’ as the utterly brilliantly bonkers Vibe PA-hornin-a-sub-sized-mid product, so it’s not a comparison.)
And best news of all, is the Opening Special Sale, where not only is there a whopping 15% off the prices on the site (use code ‘˜sale@eq’) but also, the first few lucky shoppers will get an extra free swag item of great desirability and total win on the useful front. An Earthquake Sound branded head torch! Perfect for system fettling and tuning after dark in distant places where you don’t get nicked for booming.. Seriously sexy item and worthy as Christmas Bonusall you need do is spend £100 after the discount has been taken into consideration and a torch is yours.
