Instead, G7 aim to offer full customer support – in this case, working with the dealership on a structured sales process.
The simple question; ‘How do you store your music?’ opens up the sales opportunity for audio upgrades ranging from phone or MP3 player interfaces up to audio enhancements (speakers, then amps) and even digital radio. Embedding this within the used car sales process offers capability to help both the driver (who gains upgrade pre-delivery or the option to add costs to car finance) and the business. For a sales executive, in-car entertainment can be a valuable lever to clinch the sale or maximise margin.
