Designed for competition and dynamic SPL performance, Hertz’ SPL Show subwoofers are “acoustic pressure generators”: The ideal solution for building systems with bags full of bass as well as state-of-the-art design in the Hertz tradition. The SX 300D handles up to 3,200 Watts max, offering dual 2 ohm impedance voice coils.
The SPL Show subwoofers feature a dual spider design offering extreme control during high excursion: the strengthened spider ensures precise, linear movement of the moving assembly while providing clean, detailed acoustics, even under high power situations.
The four-layer voice coil is wound on a light weight aluminium former with extraordinary length (40 mm) providing both high efficiency and extreme excursion. The large triple magnet ensures precise control of the moving assembly, generating unprecedented SPL in this class. 
The SPL Show subs feature a new proprietary venting system called Back Vented Spider Support: the support that holds the spider features vertical holes, creating a direct air duct through the voice coil, for excellent thermal dissipation without compression.
