International Mini Meet PRIZE SYSTEM PLUS!

This is about a prize for a Mini going to International Mini Meet 55. One so sexy as to make the chesty erectile tissues of certain Mini owners get horribly engorged. It is something that has been done before in concept and there is proof. For VIBE, in the USA wanted to make a big BRITISH splash and used iconic UK names as driver’s details on the rally-style paint-decals of a red, a white and a blue Mini in Las Vegas at the CES one year. They got a hold of a Mini here in Britain (actually a rented one, but I never told you!) and made panels and parts to fit it, to make three distinctly different cars, to dismantle and send the bits to the USA! So much for the proof.
The point is that the IMM folks link are having yours truly as compere at the International Mini Meet, where we are celebrating the 55th anniversary of the Mini. And as well as the sound off contest that has been running for a decade (and gotten to a high standard at the hands of their own enthusiastic expert judge type, Joe Hunter) they are also giving away an entire audio system and vehicle carpets and boot furniture at the show!
More than that, they are doing the entire install in the winner’s car, before they go home! So someone will arrive in a ‘˜normal’ Mini and go home with one with new boot linings, new sexy fitted carpets, Dynamat underneath and a full three-way stereo audio system (2.1ch) of JL Audio equipment. Headed up by a Pioneer DEH – X8500DAB deck. As you can see, it is a modern radio and so needs a digital twig, in this case by the unsung heroes that are Calearo antenne, also from Celsus ICE, the main audio sponsors.
