Jamaican sundays are back – every two weeks from now on…. Spread the word!

Here’s a curve ball. Bass Mekanik is the planet’s most heavy duty bass recording artist and is like the Bluetooth Viking uniting the tribes of bass. From electronica to classic bass beats they revere him and of course he also loves the music he heard growing up – REGGAE. I love it too, for part of my bizzarre and as yet unpublished CV is that I was a roadie with TFA Turbosound at the time of the first UK Reggae Sunsplash. It was 1984 and it was held in Crystal Palace’s stadium on the same day that Bob Dylan and Santana did (the old twin towers) Wembley Stadium. I had to go help tear down Wembley after leaving Sunsplash a bit stoned from just breathing in all day after working the show.
Anyway. whilst still resolutely a British website, Talk Audio has readers and fans all over the English speaking world. My ‘Presenterbloke’ YouTube account  has just gone over half a million hits and their analytics are gripping. My vids and our readers are everywhere. So, hello Alaska, where I know we have readers! But mostly hello to sunny Miami and ghod I so badly want to be there, just for the deep droppin’ reggae tunes and jerk chicken and al ‘ting a g’wan. So cool runnings to Bass Mekanik for supplying TA with this strictly transatlantic news story.
