How many of you are old enough to recall KEF KAR speakers? KEF sold Uni-Q driver systems for in-car use and I can tell you that the KEF folks have never stopped working on their Uni-Q technology and what was once merely pretty damn good is now bloody amazing. I have been lucky enough to review their top end loudspeakers for Home Cinema Choice magazine for some time now, having tried their £40k Reference system some years ago.
Just recently, I had a test of the new KEF R series speakers and they made front cover of the magazine, as well as a nice news page on the KEF site in which I get a credit!
