New Clearway and Shawline from Chord
New Clearway and Shawline digital interconnects! Chord Company has upgraded two of its most popular digital interconnects with the company’s proprietary Tuned ARAY mechanical tuning technology, the Clearway Digital Tuned ARAY and Shawline Digital Tuned ARAY.
Chord Company’s unique ARAY technology is available at three performance levels: ARAY, Tuned ARAY and Super ARAY. The new cables have been upgraded from ARAY to Tuned ARAY, bringing important performance benefits in today’s increasingly digital AV landscape. These new Clearway and Shawline cables are a step up. Both the Clearway Digital Tuned ARAY and Shawline Digital Tuned ARAY interconnects feature high-quality 75 ohm silver-plated OFC conductors, and a PTFE dielectric with a high-density braid.
Further benefits include a damping dual-layer outer jacket, plus the company’s ChorAlloy-plated connectors. The Shawline Digital Tuned ARAY benefits from additional performance-enhancing shielding to its Tuned ARAY conductors.
Both new Clearway and Shawline cables are handmade in the UK and benefit from Chord Company’s near-40-year cable manufacturing expertise; the company has been hand-building cables in the UK since 1985.
