Massive High Performance Audio, City of Angels, CA is pleased to announce the shipping of the new high performance VX coaxial speakers and VK component system. The VX series coaxial speakers compliment the popular V Series Subwoofers released in late 2009. Models include the VX 5in, VX 6in, VX 68 (5x7in) and the HOT 3 way VX 69. The power handling will range from 50 Watts RMS up to 300 Watts peak.
Designed in the USA using state of the art technology, such as the Klippel distortion analyser and computer aided modeling equipment, V Series midranges show in-car performance that indicates sonic purity and a balanced response that is required in today’s high performance market. Putting these drivers among some of the best speakers in the market at a surprisingly low price tag.
True balance is achieved by combining: 20mm soft silk dome tweeters, heavy gauge steel/low resonance composite baskets, high flux Y35 Strontium magnets, pure Copper voice coils, fully isolated tinsel leads and UV protected poly injected cones with Butyl rubber surrounds. They utilise custom two piece paintable grilles.
Try the VK 6 two way “POWER PACK” component kit with 12dB mil-spec crossovers, soft silk dome “eye ball” tweeters with multiple mounting hardware and 250 Watts of peak power handling! All Massive Audio 2010 VX and VK speakers are 2031 CEA compliant.
