Pioneer Benelux’s VW UP!
Just seen on Facebook and followed up by way of call to Pioneer UK for some help identifying the equipment they used, before downloading the lot to put into their own little gallery here on Talk Audio (with permission from Pioneer Benelux) are pictures of the sexiest-installed VW UP! in the whole world!
It has a double DIN headunit in the dash, being the current AVIC flagship hero of the day. It has been changed really recently, since the pics were taken and is now an AVIC-F40BT. Also, in the back as you can see, is a DJ system. Not the full blown separates seen in the Project X Mercedes Vito van van and the Brabus Smart, but the single-chassis system XDJ-AERO.
But the audio is also deadly serious. For below the flagship, sits the thoroughbred. This is the top audiophile single DIN CD deck called DEX-P99RS and is playing through PRS-D800 amplifiers. These are good for 2x125w at four Ohms and bridge into a solid 300W for use on bass.

And while in the rear tailgate we find some sweet TS-E1702iS coaxes for use by DJs at the decks
The front speakers are a three way array comprising the TS-C172PRS top end components but run three way by dint of addition of a TS-S062PRS midband into the system. Each gets a single amplifier channel, this writer reckons, by looking at them. The work is superlatively good.
And of course, it is all about that full boot build, encompassing two high quality woofers in areo-ported enclosures, so the bass flows right UP! the innards of the DJ. Which is very much something they tend to enjoy.
Looks impressive and I’d love to hear it some time
Meanwhile, in full Talk Audio Whizzy-0-Vison, is a gallery of all those lovely images, in a slideshow system, so you can sit back, sip coffee and enjoy them all with one click:
