Rug Doctor Raises KEF’s Eyebrows!

Our very own Rodders the Rug Doctor, a stalwart aristo of Talk Audio, is a TA forum board moderator and has been a TA-er since 2005 and has made over 18,000 posts. So the polite description of him on Facebook as a ‘regular contributor’ fell a tad short – and is my fault, as I called KEF myself to see what they thought of Rod’s Porsche 914 and found they were gripped. And entertained. It turns out that Rod is a true KEF fan and we are going to get him to come visit with me to the Kentish home of KEF and go listen to their BLADE speakers and let them hear his car, as a direct result of the installation feature on the magazine here.
How sweet is that? By the way, I have asked KEF about swagging some of their new E301 pods to try a kickwell-enclosure install in a sound-off car and am yet to find out if it’s a ‘yes’ or not. But the thing is, I’d need a car and enthusiast to try them. Are there any readers out there who might be keen? Do let me know by any route and we may have a good reason to help make it happen!
