Armour Automotive have been appointed UK distributors of all Directed Electronics products in the UK to be effective from August 1st. This means that as well as the legendary Kicker car audio products and their brands of Veba A/V kit, Autoleads cabling solutions and all the Mutant and RadioMobile brands of mobile electronics, they are also to distribute the equally legendary Directed Electronics’ lines of Clifford and Viper automotive security and also Orion car audio.

This means they will have the mad-VFM Cobalt product as well as acquiring Ian ‘Iceman’ Pinder’s ass (as the Americans might say) by way of ready-made huge sponsored vehicle! As Armour are one of the biggest show-going exhibiting outfits around, you can expect to see even more mayhem at shows.
Industry figure Steve Tookey, a senior bod at Armour, said, ‘For Armour Automotive, this was seen as an opportunity that was not to be missed. We are now involved in the biggest and most famous of all security brands and also the very best high end, high power US car audio equipment. Do come visit us at the Show!’
