The Amazing Hertz SPL Monster car from Source Sounds, in Sheffield

This is one hell of a special car audio installation. Now in its second re-engineering, the heavily speaker-lined scissor-after-extension system on the doors of this car are amazing. Then you clock the inside with its central driving position – well, if you could drive it that is – and the improbable amount of woofers stuffed into the back, with the arse of some sticking out and the cones of others with the smallest space between their cones and the next driver.

Believe it or not, this monster install was so tight, they had to take the excursion of these cones into consideration, so they didn’t hit the magnets of the ones they are closest to!

Then, marvel at the steam that comes off the huge SPL Monster amp that is running all those subwoofers..done for fun, it was mad to see and I knew why the moist rag was resting on the heatsink when I saw it!
