THROWBACK THURSDAY – SINGLE DIN WITH MOTORISED SCREEN HEADUNITS!

It is clear that my body of work is now so far reaching back into time, that it is prime Throwback Thursday material. I have a fabulous new headunit to test here, from Caliber that is a single-DIN motorised screen unit that will sell for £299 I reckon.

Here is a ebay advert for an old Alpine single DIN unit. At time of writing, it was £850. This unit, the Alpine IVA-D105R however, despite being the slightly less costly version, was still about nine hundred quid when brand new out in August 2007. Alpine no longer sell any motorised screen products. Here is their current head unit line up.
