West Midlands based distributor FOUR and Croydon based Axis Distribution are to create a new business entity: AXIS.
The new company will be headed by the founder of Axis Distribution, Chris Woods. Both AXIS and FOUR will operate independently and maintain existing brand divisions however we should expect some cross-pollination as a result.
That means the Axis brands of CDT loudspeakers (multi review-winning SQ kit), Massive Audio (it generally is) and DLS (high end Scandinavian amps and speakers) and the FOUR brands of Audison, Hertz & Rainbow, which between them cover from affordable to high end to purest exotica will all benefit from the enhanced operating methods and back-up they will be able to achieve together.

Chris Woods said, ‘I have long admired the FOUR business model which is very similar to that of Axis Distribution. The ethos of putting the customer first is one I very much share, however, they have managed to create huge brand strength as well which is something Axis Distribution has struggled to find the resources to do.
