Week Eleven: In Which I Go Get Wanged

It’s an amazing week this one. For one it is the Trade Show of the Year with Mobile Electronics News holding their annual expo. I am to be compere at their ‘˜Ice Heroes’ Night on Tuesday where such awards as Rear Of The Year and Northerner Of The Year will be administered to the dealers. I am up for an award and I reckon it’s a shoe-inBest Moobs! Mind you, we have Burlesque dancers booked so that will be a bloody hoot to introduce. Hooray!
Also, I am just about to go off to the Roxy Club in London to go hear and see the new Fanny Wang headphones as they are part of the new urge to cover some greater breadth of mobile tech on Talk Audio. I am a speaker reviewer at heart and headphones are simply smaller speakers! Mind you, I get horny for microphones too it’s the whole ‘˜Fleming’s Left Hand Rule why a speaker goes in and out’ thingI know, I’m a bit odd.
The Huets night was wicked and the Asahi Beer ‘˜Experiential Marketing’ 12mpg V8 Toyota FJ truck is a bloody brilliant install and super cool thing. The Alpine Infiniti is amazing and I am going to hose it down with the camera at Expo. Before that, though, I will take the video cam to the Roxy and get me some video of The Fanny Wang Girlz.
