Week Fifty-Two, In Which We Are All Eating Leftovers!

First off, a very Happy Birthday to a darling lass called Nikki Lee. (27th Dec) That’s me with her in the picture at some show or other. She’s the best, most funny and talented promo/glamourpuss in the business and got her break when she won a competition in Fast Car when I was working for them.

I write this a bit later than normal and today is still a Bank Holiday, so I won’t be writing an epistle as meJulie wants out of the house to hit the sales…
I will try to get the MotormouthII review and the amazing Phonalk Audeo PFE-232 in-ear headphones review finished and up asap, as I have done all the playing about with both products and confess to being mightily impressed with both. The Scosche MotorMouthII is a very good and effective BT device and some much bigger bits of kit are much less able at pairing and singing at your system, let alone being so small and neat and tidy looking. The PFE-232 ear-phones are a phat £400 quid’s worth and they sound it!
But I must away and hoover the cats, clear up some piled wrapping paper by the front door and fetch some nosh for a pet fish who is bloodwormless these past two days.Ah the guilt! And us humans feasting, too!
I do so hope you had a good Christmas and if you didn’t, or if Christmas is a tough time for you, then hey at least it’s over for a year.
Here’s to a better 2012 and a growth of our hobby/pastime/passion/obsession/lifestyle/soul’s surcease (apply expression that fits you) for as long as the road has space and my car and battery some power in their souls, then long may the ride be a Journey and not just a drive.
