Week Forty: In Which The Indian Summer Continues

Well I failed to get as much done in the week as I wanted to again.which means those subwoofers are still awaiting my attentions. I have a stack of subs to get at, both active and passive. The weather has been just insane of course with the warmest late September since records began, so I confess I have been out on a fishery exploration tour with my other, angling hat on.
And odd but true, I am guilty of being insufficient of ego to tweet properly. I should have been tweeting about lakes and sunshine all that day I was out. Also, far more about what I do day-to-day as it is a bit odd versus a proper job. Anyway, I shall try to do better, starting with telling you about reviews as they happen as well as publishing a link when they come out. I’m @TheAdamRayner on Twitter.
One thing has come up today while I was awaiting inspiration and struggling with how much I want to go fishing right now (self employment means you have the meanest boss you’ll ever work for!) and is as yet a bit of a ‘˜maybe’ rather than a definite thing but I might be looking for a model for a mobile electronics shoot.
I gather that there are efforts being made for a ‘˜professional’ promotional model to be sourced but when I revealed how big my Facebook link up to amateur promo lasses actually was, the executive on the case liked my thoughts more. Which would, like Max Power and the Fast Car magazine alike be to unearth some new talent and give a girl a chance. For while I don’t think we have a pot of gold to offer, it would be a hell of a thing to have on a CV!
I’ve probably said too much already as they are yet to get back to me after urgent board-level discussions but it does look like fun if it happens. I’ll keep you informed as soon as I know if it’s on.
