Week Two: In Which I Do Some Talking On The Wireless

It’s been a busy old week, with Mike in Las Vegas reporting from the CES and myself getting up early on Monday to do a bit of ‘motoring punditry’ on BBC1 Breakfast then Radio 5 about cyclists. (Just did another spot on BBC Radio Wales as well). We have a lovely selection of images to show you as well as the same, with a little editorial, embedded with links on the front page in a short series of meaty news items.

All sorts of exciting things in the offing, with meetings at a big motoring magazine with a view to some crossover writing (I really want to talk to those who don’t know about this stuff) and some really cool news on the product front. In won’t be right away as we have only just found out about it, but Parrot have a game-changing product just out. Called the Asteroid, it is a head unit with an Android apps screen-based GUI as well as of course having the same best-known Bluetooth as used by Alpine, Pioneer and Kenwood in OEM-features as well as making their own top notch BT kits and devices. And we are going to get one to review in due course. (SRP not yet set)
We are starting the year with all the old reviews properly edited and updated with scores after moving everything across from the older software system. There’s nearly two hundred and all in-depth. Do go have a drill down the menus above and enjoy. I have to get at creating a slew of the new…
